    We provide an embeddable chatbot solution for companies to automate customer support on their websites.
  2. User Responsibilities
      • You are responsible for all content submitted through the chatbot by your users and for ensuring compliance with applicable laws. • You agree not to use our services for illegal activities or harmful content.
  3. Payment Terms
      • You agree to pay the fees associated with your selected plan. Payments are due according to the terms specified in the billing section of the platform.
  4. Intellectual Property
    • We retain ownership of all intellectual property related to the chatbot platform.
    • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the chatbot for your company’s website during the term of your subscription.
  5. Limitation of Liability
    • We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the chatbot, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
  6. Termination
    • Either party may terminate the service with written notice. Upon termination, access to the chatbot will cease, and any remaining balance will be billed or refunded accordingly.
  7. Changes to Terms
    We may update these terms periodically. Changes will be posted on the website and communicated via email.
  8. Governing Law
    These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Delaware.
