- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the chatbot for your company’s website during the term of your subscription.
- Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the chatbot, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
- Termination
- Either party may terminate the service with written notice. Upon termination, access to the chatbot will cease, and any remaining balance will be billed or refunded accordingly.
- Changes to TermsWe may update these terms periodically. Changes will be posted on the website and communicated via email.
- Governing LawThese Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Delaware.
